Jump Tickets

Please arrive just a few minutes before your scheduled jump time.

You can view the safety video and fill out your waiver at the park, or you can click here to fill out the waiver now.

As soon as you have viewed the safety video and filled out your waiver, step in line and check-in with one of our cashiers and present the tickets you have previously purchased or purchase tickets on site
Showing up for your session late will not prohibit you from your jump time. In fact, we will restart your jump time when you show up, if it’s the date of the ticket(s).
Waivers stay on file for 12 months. If you’re not sure if your waiver is still active, click below to give it a refresher and be prepared for your visit!
We do not require a reservation for jump tickets.

You are welcome to come into the facility and purchase your tickets on the date and time that you’d like to jump!

We simply do not allow shoes or bare feet as we work hard day in and day out to keep the mats and carpet as clean as possible!

If you do not have socks with you and choose to walk in the court area, you may purchase a pair up at the front counter.

All attractions such as inflatables, trampolines, slides, harnessed attractions etc are for those with paid wristbands only.
If a party reservation is not booked, we do not allow any outside food or drinks to be brought in. We work hard to ensure our facility is as clean as possible and smelling fresh. Part of assisting with that is not allowing guests to bring in food.

We love our members!
Come and jump with us 2 hours every day for only $20 a month!

Unfortunately, membership payments cannot be made with cash. We require a debit/credit card on file with us to auto draft the payment monthly.
While some members do come often and understand the polices of the park, we do still require minors to be accompanied by a legal guardian/parent.
